Kate Horle is the Chief Operating Officer and privacy officer for the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization, a public health information exchange based in Denver. She oversees several areas of the organization, including policy, sales, marketing, state and federal initiatives, and special grant projects. Kate is a proud Colorado native and a peripatetic executive, whose experience spans more than 25 years across industries as diverse as couture fashion, affordable housing and healthcare.
