Ryan Howells is a Principal at Leavitt Partners. Ryan’s work with clients is focused on the competencies required of risk-bearing entities transitioning to the value-based economy and how the implementation of technology can improve the triple aim. Ryan has over 20+ years’ experience in healthcare. Ryan is currently the executive director of the Private Exchange Coalition (www.pecoalition.com), the Medicaid Technology Alliance (www.medicaidtechalliance.com), and helps lead CARIN (www.carinalliance.com), a multi-sector, public-private alliance focused on providing consumers digital access to their health information. Ryan received his M.H.A. from USC and has a BA from BYU. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
