Abigail serves as the Associate Director of Compliance and Operations for the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers. For the past 6 years she has been responsible for overseeing the Coalition's regional Health Information Exchange (HIE).  Abigail is responsible for the governance and sustainability of the HIE, identifying opportunities to bring synergy to existing workflows and needs of both internal staff and community partners. In addition to working with the HIE, Abigail oversees the information technology (IT) infrastructure, identifying opportunities to leverage technology services that create effective solutions in the healthcare sector. Abigail also provides internal consultation to all departments for both privacy and security related needs, including issues related to information sharing subject to HIPAA, and/or other conflicting regulatory bodies. Abigail holds RHIA, CHDA, and CHPS credentials from AHIMA to support her work.
