Ann has a Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky. She has almost 30 years of experience working in community based mental health and leadership. She is currently the Sr VP of Community Health and Well-Being for Alliance Health where she oversees community-based initiatives such as System of Care, housing, jail diversion, training, and education as well as consumer affairs. Previously Ann was the Durham County System of Care Director and the Chief Operating Officer for NC Easter Seals UCP. She was a Clinical Instructor at UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work, Jordan Institute for Families. She has presented at numerous national and state workshops on supportive housing, post-traumatic stress disorder, community violence, and resiliency and collaboration.
