Greg is currently providing business leadership for Minnesota’s DHS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program and was the technical SME for Minnesota’s DHS Encounter Alert Service effort, which is rolling out statewide. Greg is leading a DHS program implementing C2S and OCP to better manage electronic consent. He created content for the ONC to advance the VBP model nationally. Greg worked for Georgia Tech on an ONC project to establish a new eLTSS standard and has modeled the standard in HL7’s FHIR. He served on the HIMSS Standards Advisory Work Group, and was the technical SME for a CMS project known as “HIT for Post-Acute Care”. Greg is an Adjunct Professor with the College of St. Scholastica HIM graduate program. Greg has served in executive roles with United Health Group, Medtronic, Stratis Health and Health Systems Integration. He also worked at IBM for 13 years.
