Deputy Commissioner, State Purchasing Division
Lisa is the Deputy Commissioner of the State Purchasing Division at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services. She is responsible for the administration of the State’s purchasing card program, the sourcing division which includes the Goods, Services and IT, Contract Management, Data Analytics and Agency Sourcing Units. She also manages the Policy Training and Outreach division as well as the Audit division.

Lisa has twenty-three years of experience with the State of Georgia working at multiple agencies within the state including the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, the Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s Office and the Technical College System of Georgia.

Lisa graduated from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. She also graduated from the Governor’s Executive Leadership Program. She served on the Alumni Board at the University of West Georgia and is currently serving as the 2019 President of the National Association of State Purchasing Officers.
