Tiffany Blair is the Director of State and Local Government solutions for Pegasystems’ Public Sector business line, where she is responsible for the formation and execution of Pega’s industry strategy in the Health and Human Services sector.  Tiffany has 18+ years of government experience with core expertise in HHS-focused systems for Eligibility and Child Welfare, having worked from each perspective of a technology transformation – a government analyst, product vendor, and system integrator.  Prior to Pega, Tiffany worked with major technology firms, including Oracle and IBM, as well as served as a Medicaid policy analyst for New York State. Tiffany holds a BA in Political Science and Policy Studies and an MPA from the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
